Free. No account, no email. Prints on US Letter.
What's inside
- Envelope labels: Groceries, Gas, Dining out, Fun money, Household, Gifts, and two blanks, each with a space for the monthly amount.
- Spending log pages: one per envelope, with columns for the date, what it was for, the amount spent, and what's left, plus a starting-amount row.
- A blank log page you can copy for any other envelope.
How to cash stuff with the tracker
- Pick two to four categories you overspend on with a card. Keep bills and online payments digital.
- On payday, withdraw cash for those envelopes in small bills and stuff each one.
- Write the starting amount on that envelope's log page.
- After every purchase, log it and write what's left. When it hits zero, that category is done until next payday, unless you move cash from another envelope on purpose.
- At month end, leftover cash stays in the envelope or goes into savings.

What's in the printable cash envelope tracker?
One page of cut-out labels (six common categories plus two blanks) and a spending log page for each of six envelopes, plus a blank log page for your own category. It prints on US Letter paper.
How do I use a cash envelope tracker?
Write the starting amount at the top of an envelope's page on payday. Each time you spend from that envelope, write the date, what it was for, the amount, and what's left. When the Left column reaches zero, that envelope is done until the next payday.
Do I have to give my email to download it?
No. The PDF downloads directly, with no account or email.
